Based in Ottawa, Matt has been a Licensed Commercial REALTOR® with Royal LePage® Performance Realty since 2014. He specializes in tenant representation and is known for his strong negotiation skills, professionalism, and commitment to securing the best results for his clients. Alongside this new mandate, Matt will remain closely connected to the market and continue to support his client base.
With more than ten years of experience, Matt has completed many successful transactions, built long standing relationships in the Ottawa community, and contributed to the growth of the Royal LePage Commercial brand. He also maintains a strong social media presence and regularly collaborates with our national team.
Matt brings valuable leadership experience from his time as a Municipal Councillor and Deputy Mayor, as well as his work in federal politics. He is a dedicated community supporter involved with the Ottawa Cancer Foundation and Ronald McDonald House, and he is a proud Métis citizen. In his new role based in Ottawa, Matt will support program growth, strengthen engagement with commercial agents across Canada, and help guide our strategic direction.

Matthew Zigelstein is the Recruitment, Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Royal LePage Commercial. A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University's Honours Bachelor of Business Administration program, Matthew brings strong experience in market analysis, sales strategy, and national recruitment, developed through roles at Royal LePage Commercial, Procter & Gamble, and Hershey Canada.
With a lifelong connection to real estate and having completed his real estate licensing requirements, Matthew plays a key role in supporting and expanding Royal LePage Commercial's national platform, working closely with brokers and leadership to drive growth, value, and long-term impact across the network.
